We have an urgent requirement for the below position with our IT Client hcl / Kindly reply back to this email or call me to discuss further JOB TITLE: Drupal BACK END TECHNICAL ARCHITECT LOCATION: US -REMOTE DURATION : 12 MONTHS Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyse business, functional, and technical requirements. Architect, design, and develop Drupal backend solutions using best practices and Acquia platform capabilities. Lead the technical implementation of Drupal projects, ensuring adherence to standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with system architects and infrastructure teams to design and implement scalable and high-performance Drupal solutions. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, Drupal releases, and Acquia platform updates to provide recommendations and strategic guidance. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical standards, frameworks, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality. Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions, including modules, plugins, and integrations, to meet project requirements. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, code reusability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Drupal backend development and Acquia platform. At least 15 years of experience in Drupal backend development. Strong expertise in Drupal 9 and Drupal 10, including module development, custom theming, and site configuration. Extensive experience with the Acquia platform and its tools (Acquia Cloud, Site Factory, Content Hub, etc.). In-depth knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. Proficiency in version control systems (Git, SVN) and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) tools. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with agile development methodologies. Proven ability to lead technical teams, provide guidance, and mentor developers. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Acquia certification(s) will be a plus.
