Do not send people from any other industry. 4 to 5 years Investment Banking experience with SWAPS and DERIVATIVES expertise/experience Good communication skill, team player and working knowledge of Swaps, Derivative is mandatory Strong knowledge of capital markets and broker dealer framework Understanding of risk, finance, operations, and data processes as well as the technologies enabling them Job description - Key responsibilities include: Drive execution through the full project life cycle from strategic project planning to delivery including development of target state business processes, build and adoption of technology solutions Work across multiple functions and legal entities to structure and manage end-to-end project efforts through deep understanding of requirements, technologies, cross-functional impact, and business strategy Ensure target end state is delivered inclusive of required governance, business process redesign and appropriate controls Leading the translation of business needs into technology solutions and requirements Manage weekly status reporting, understand and maintain programs RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery Provide appropriate information share with management Requirements: Significant experience and track record of delivery of major cross functional initiatives at large and complex financial institutions. This includes how to structure initiatives, project planning, and resource allocation Strong knowledge and experience of ISO related system functions including payments, statements, compliance, reconciliation, regulatory change Strong knowledge of capital markets and broker dealer framework Understanding of risk, finance, operations, and data processes as well as the technologies enabling them Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools Tolerance and understanding in multi cultures Skills: 10 - 20 plus years of PM experience with at least 5 - 10 years of PM experience around swaps, derivatives, markets etc. Good communication skill, teaSm player and working knowledge of Swaps, Derivative is mandatory Skills: Required: Capital Markets ISO Finance Payments Derivatives Additional: Raid Governance Broker Dealer Life Cycle Reconciliation Team Player Process Redesign Project Planning Operations Project Management Problem-Solving Fixed Income Education: BS or MS Computer Science or MBA preferable not mandatory.
