Requirements: Availability to work at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Solid business/systems analysis experience and software development projects (3-5 years); Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Experience with gathering and converting Business Requirements into Use Cases, Process Diagrams, Test Cases, and other analytical documents; Experience with collaborate directly with the development team for swift and clear comprehension of Business Requirements and bug identification; Experience working with Microsoft DevOps Preferred: Experience with Rules 60GG-1 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code; Experience with directing and managing project resources; Experience with change and release management; Experience with Microsoft Power BI; Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Research and understand Clients business processes and their inter-relationships; Research and document impacts on agency business systems in relation to the PALM implementation; Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units; Gather and document business and technical requirements; Coordinate with data migration and development teams; Create detailed use cases, business rules, and requirements; Develop Test Plans and Test Cases; Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts; Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards.
