Role: IBM Infosphere DataStage Developer Location: Dallas, TX or Troy, MI (Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM InfoSphere DataStage. Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical specifications. Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to create data integration solutions. Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability. Conduct data analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing as needed. Develop and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes. Perform unit testing and support system testing and integration testing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration processes. Ensure compliance with data governance and data quality standards. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data integration and ETL. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage development. Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data integration. Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2). Experience with data modeling and data architecture. Familiarity with data quality, data governance, and data security practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
