From: Shivam Singh, Teamware [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role- Technical Support Specialist - iManage SaaS Cloud (Legal IT Systems) Location- Cary NC (Onsite Day 1) Rat- $55-56 Key Responsibilities: This role supports our products for Legal Affairs LOB within Corporate Systems/Controls IT Provide day to day technical support and issue resolution for Legal users of iManage SaaS Cloud document management platform. Required Skills/Knowledge Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or related field 5+ years of experience working in Technical Support/Networking Environments. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to collaborate and assist business clients to diagnose and resolve issues. Preferred: Experience in iManage products or similar legal document management SaaS Cloud software platform Experience or knowledge of the Agile Delivery Model (ADM) Knowledge of DevOps and Agile practices Ability to work independently and as part of remote teams. Experience in supporting deployments and production incidents, leveraged Service Now or similar platform.
