Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models in a production environment. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages. Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or TensorFlow. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Lead the design, development, and deployment of NLP models to improve call deflection. Analyze large volumes of customer interaction data to extract actionable insights.
