Advanced knowledge and experience with Linux server operating systems, Active Directory integration and control of user permissions with Linux native tools such as sudoers. Effectively communicate problems and solutions both verbally and in writing to internal customers and management. Extensive knowledge of RHEL 7, 8, 9 operating systems with knowledge of systems maintenance experience in a datacenter environment. Knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure components (firewall, database, operating system, network Problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions. Strong IT server platform configuration management and diagnostic skills. Strong knowledge of system management tools, logical file systems, and client/server environments. Understanding of TCP/IP networks/topology, storage, and LAN/WAN systems and applications as well as their dependencies. Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). Experience with VMWare vCenter or vSphere platforms helpful. Provision/configure required security and configuration settings onto servers using TrueSight Automation and Ansible or other scripting methods.
