Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership across the development team, guiding the design, development, and implementation of complex applications using Node.js and Java Spring Boot. Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design robust, scalable, and secure application architectures. Development: Lead by example by actively participating in coding, debugging, and code reviews. Ensure that best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes are followed. Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the team. Project Management: Work closely with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Manage technical risks and ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies. Propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on Node.js and Java Spring Boot. Technical Expertise: Node.js: Expertise in building high-performance, scalable server-side applications using Node.js, with knowledge of frameworks like Express.js or NestJS. Java Spring Boot: Extensive experience with Java Spring Boot, including RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Spring security. Full Stack Development: Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus. Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and related services. DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems (e.g., Git). Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a technical lead role, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a development team. Financial Industry: Experience working in the financial industry or on projects with stringent security and compliance requirements.
