Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Location: GREENSBORO (US:27409), NC Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Skill: Oracle Cloud HCM - Talent Management / Learning Job Summary: The Oracle HCM Talent Management and Learning Functional Lead who can provide end-to-end solutions that address clients business requirements Required Skills: Need Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource with at least 6-10 yrs of experience Need 1 full life cycle implementation experience on Oracle Talent Management & Learning modules Must have experience Leading Teams. Lead in project requirements analysis, functional design, reports development and testing. Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and release management of Oracle Cloud applications Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player Has excellent spoken and written English language communication skills Document solutions clearly Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely. Nice to Have Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
