Job Description: 5+ years of experience in a .NET production support role, with a focus on disaster recovery. Strong knowledge of .NET frameworks (ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#). Experience with production support in a .NET environment, handling live incidents and ensuring system stability. Proficiency with databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or similar RDBMS systems. Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.). Experience with disaster recovery planning, including data backup and restoration processes, failover strategies, and recovery point objectives (RPO)/recovery time objectives (RTO).
