Tool skills - Informatica (CAI/CDI) Responsibilities: o Acknowledge Service Now incidents, perform analysis, troubleshoot issue raised for Informatica (CAI/CDI) alerts or faults. Created Problem record and provide Root cause analysis, with tactical and strategic solution. o Performance health check and maintenance activities for Informatica (CAI/CDI) processes in prod o Monitor alerts generated and provide workaround and fix o Create/Modify Informatica (CAI/CDI) processes that are raised for break fix. o Raise vendor tickets with Informatica and escalate to obtain solutions from L4 services. Perform Vendor upgrades as part of Maintenance activity o Develop solutions for incidents, problems, and requests for NGDP Share data share o Unit test solutions in development environments before promotion to QA environment. o Provide estimates for requirements, creation of solution/test case, execution and documentation. o Adhere to the Service Now Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management process o Report on tickets worked, resolved or blockers.
