Role :: Scrum Master/Business System Analyst(Financial Domain Mandatory) Location :: Irvine,CA(Onsite) Type :: Contract Key Responsibilities: Scrum Master Responsibilities: Act as the Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting Agile principles and practices to ensure the team adheres to Scrum processes and guidelines. Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress, facilitating continuous improvement and delivering value. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize team efficiency and productivity. Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial systems and processes. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions that meet business requirements. Conduct system analysis, including gap analysis and impact assessments, to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)) are a plus. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Demonstrated experience as a Business System Analyst, particularly within the financial domain, with a solid understanding of financial systems and processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) and financial software systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
