General Description
Responsible for providing support to the project leadership team by
coordinating project activities related to assigned project. Expectations is to
helps plan and coordinate projects, take on administrative duties and
independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects
are completed on time. The position's main duties are to ensure the
continuity and efficiency of project from start to finish through clear
communication to all parties involved.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and
progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status
updates
Develop and maintain project performance source that track overall
progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones
Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency
and maximize deliverable outputs
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management
channels as neededescalating issues as necessary based on project work
plans
Act as a point of communication between company teams and project
resources internal and external
Deepen partnerships with outside resourcesincluding third-party vendors
and researchers
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to motivate a team and maintain a positive work environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently.
Experience working with project management software such as Trello, Jira,
etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Ability to multitask and handle multi projects simultaneously.
Highly organized and detailed oriented individual.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to plan and organize
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related degree.
3 - 4 years of working experience in the as a Project Administrator/Coordinator.
