The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, with a focus on IRM modules and building user-friendly portals. Certification in ServiceNow is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Customize ServiceNow Applications: Design, configure, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on IRM and Portal Development. Integrated Risk Management (IRM): Implement and manage the IRM modules, ensuring alignment with organizational risk management practices. Portal Development: Build and enhance ServiceNow portals to provide a seamless user experience, incorporating best practices for design and usability. Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the platform. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications to support IRM processes. Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, configurations, and workflows. Qualifications: Experience: 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IRM and Portal Development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI development, and integration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IRM modules (e.g., Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management). Experience in designing and developing ServiceNow portals. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred). Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IRM or similar.
