| SAP Management of Change Consultant Remote Contract Job Description Strong understanding of SAP MoC processes and functionalities. Knowledge of Manufacturing data and Material master Proven experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration with MoC. Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with SAP Solution Manager and its integration with MoC. Knowledge of ITIL framework and change management principles. Experience in implementing MoC in multiple SAP modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR). Certifications in SAP MoC or related areas. Define and implement MoC processes and procedures aligned with business requirements, industry best practices, and specific needs of manufacturing and supply chain operations. Configure and maintain the SAP MoC solution, ensuring it supports the organization's change management needs within the manufacturing and supply chain context. Collaborate closely with manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders to identify change requests, assess their impact, and develop effective change implementation plans. Facilitate change impact assessments and risk assessments, considering the specific characteristics of manufacturing and supply chain processes. Develop and execute change communication plans tailored to the manufacturing and supply chain audience. \\Manage change requests, approvals, and workflows within the MoC system, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and supply chain objectives. Monitor and report on change implementation progress, measuring its impact on manufacturing and supply chain performance. Integrate the MoC process with other SAP modules relevant to manufacturing and supply chain (e.g., SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP QM) to ensure seamless change management across the enterprise. Provide training and support to end-users in manufacturing and supply chain functions on MoC processes and tools. Continuously improve MoC processes and procedures based on feedback and performance metrics, aligning with manufacturing and supply chain best practices.
