Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in Core .NET to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of applications. You will work closely with development teams to maintain and improve system performance, manage incidents, and implement solutions for operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide production support for .NET applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues. Perform Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities to enhance system reliability, including monitoring, automation, and performance tuning. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and operation of applications. Ensure system availability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and incident management. Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure knowledge transfer and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in production support and SRE activities with a strong focus on Core .NET. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving .NET application issues in a production environment. Experience with monitoring tools and practices to ensure system reliability and performance. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
