Provide support analyst to comprehend requirements and gaps in understanding Work with Product Owners, Business Users and SMEs in resolving issues & problem areas Work with Business representatives on Change Request analysis and requirement gathering Transform requirements in user stories and work with the team in elicitation for shared understanding. Create & refine User stories/Analysis tasks for the problem statements Group the Analysis items into functional areas for holistic solutions Manage the JIRA board & update cross reference epics Review and track critical dependencies between various work streams Maintain deep understanding of the scope of work and manage the project schedule; articulate how decisions may impact the schedule accordingly.
