Job Duties -Job Requirements Observational and design research to study both the latent and explicit needs of prospects and existing clients Review existing 2nd and 3rd party research on competitors, target customer segments, geographies, and new markets Help concept owners to articulate clear hypotheses Design qualitative research efforts to test and prove/disprove hypotheses Implement research projects from inception to completion including RFP management, vendor selection, data integrity, and ensure excellence in insights Share insightful findings with BBH stakeholders across Investor Services Support iteration of concept vision and requirements in response to research insights Execute projects in a timely manner and meet budgets Provide input and support to improve BBHs business research function Support design and validation for both early-stage and later-stage concepts that have real-world utilization Job Requirements - Role Overview Client is currently recruiting an Innovation Manager (Research) to join our newly established Innovation team! In this role you will work as part of a dynamic team responsible for the delivery of new products and services from idea through Minimum Valuable Product. This role is responsible for executing research to validate potential value propositions and product and service concepts; as well as the usability of early-stage products, services, and businesses. Researchers must be fluent in observational research (and broader qualitative methods) and bring a set of ethnographic techniques that can be applied within and across both physical and virtual contexts. The innovation Manager (research) will participate in iterative collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
