Again, MAKE SURE the data on the resume matches linked in. So, if the resume says Azure and AWS but i go to linked in and it only says AWS then we know its not genuine so make sure everything matches I keep repeating the required skills (MUST) be on the resume and match the linked in. I'm still getting resumes missing the required skills and the linked in doesn't match. I just got 4 resumes that say all AWS but this is for Azure. Not one mentioned .NET or SSIS/SSRS and linked in only mentioned AWS. Its clearly fake if that happens there's zero chance if they worked with both only one would be on the linked in.
