[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title: Project Support Specialist (Agile/Waterfall) Location: Mobile, AL or St. Louis, MO (Hybrid Onsite - 3 Days a Week) Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension to 3 Years) Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Support Specialist to join a long-term modernization project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in either Agile or Waterfall methodologies, with a solid understanding of sprints. Azure experience is a plus, though not mandatory. This role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to work onsite three days a week, with increased onsite presence during the first few weeks to get up to speed. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business owners to document and gather process requirements. Develop comprehensive business requirements to support platform and application development. Actively participate in product development sessions throughout build and development phases. Support testing efforts based on sprint builds and production timelines. Advocate for and adapt to new platform processes and technologies. Assist with release rollouts by engaging with teams during go-live periods. Create and distribute compliance and productivity reports tailored to business needs. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in project coordination or support, ideally within Agile or Waterfall environments. Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile practices, particularly sprint planning and execution. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Technology: Experience with Azure is a plus but not mandatory. Team Collaboration: Experience working with Business Analysts (BAs) and Project Managers (PMs) in cross-functional teams. Education and Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or application-specific areas are preferred. Interview Process: Rounds: Two rounds, with the final round potentially being onsite. Work Environment: The role is hybrid, with three days onsite required each week (with more onsite days initially to ensure smooth onboarding).
