We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Job title: Business Analyst (BA/PO, Payments API experience) Work Location: Raleigh, NC 27601 (4 days reporting from office) Duration: Long Term Minimum years of experience: 8+ Years Must Have: seeking Business Analyst with good experiences working in Digital Banking and payments subdomains. Product Owner in the Banking / Digital application Strong understanding of Payments domain - ACH, SWIFT standards Strong understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable APIs which shall be used across digital channels. At least 5 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc. At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS Visio At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process Preferred Experiences: Minimum 5 + years experience as Product Owner in the Banking / Digital application Strong understanding of Payments domain - ACH, SWIFT standards Strong understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable APIs which shall be used across digital channels. Understand the technical mapping elements and mapping of request and responses Strong Product Owner with ability to communicate at leadership level. POPM from Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework. Lead the scrum teams priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies, working in collaboration with core technical team, product managers, experience design, & a variety of technology partners Product Owner in the Banking / Digital application with Transaction Banking Experience Good understanding of business process and effectively use Design principals and automation to optimize the process Align with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the scrum team and define MVP along based on prioritization techniques.
