Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Analysis or GRC. Strong understanding of GRC principles and regulations, such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc. Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management and automation platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
