Role: Pega Business Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Onsite Duration: 6+ Months Job description: 6 8 Years of experience as a Business Analyst and at least 2 years as Pega Business Architect Gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pegasystem software and DCO capabilities, practical knowledge of Pega express methodology (good to have) Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translating them to requirements artifacts such as BRD/Functional spec/Use stories Help to ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to include management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs Experience in creating and managing Epics, Features, User stories and prioritize the user stories & Sprint execution Work with Business stake holders. Ability to define requirements, organize workshops with business and engage clients Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture business requirements Ability to create atomic use case specifications in JIRA/Rally (Tool) and application framework by using Pega application Wizard. Experience in defining the user stories, plan and execute sprint activities, facilitate daily Scrum, provide Sprint Review demos to the Product Owners using Agile framework. Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen, and Interface mock-ups Understand interface /integration technologies and a good understanding of customers needs so they can be translated into requirements Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse target audiences Exposure to working on implementing Pega solutions in Banking and Insurance domain will be an added advantage End to end project experience Pega Certified Business Architect is a must Pega Certified Decision Consultant will be a plus.
