Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risk and compliance requirements, developing a roadmap for implementation in ServiceNow. Participate in developing GRC-related policies, procedures, and documentation. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems/tools used for GRC. Create and customize ServiceNow workflows and modules to support GRC processes and requirements. Configure and customize third-party risk assessment and audit management tools. Provide guidance and training to teams and stakeholders on best practices for using ServiceNow for GRC. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in GRC, adapting ServiceNow implementations as necessary. Participate in developing and maintaining audit trails and reports to demonstrate compliance with internal and external requirements. Support the management and resolution of GRC-related incidents.
