Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Employee Central Payroll module, and have experience managing USA payroll processes. You will work closely with our clients to implement, configure, and optimize the SuccessFactors ECP system to meet their specific payroll needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration

: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for USA payroll, including system configuration, integration, and customization.

Payroll Processing

: Manage and execute the payroll processing for USA employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

System Integration

: Integrate SAP SuccessFactors ECP with other HR modules and third-party systems, such as time management and benefits platforms.

Compliance & Reporting

: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Generate and review payroll reports, tax filings, and other required documentation.

Testing & Quality Assurance

: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the ECP system is functioning as expected. Identify and resolve issues during testing phases.

Client Collaboration

: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

Training & Support

: Provide training to client HR and payroll teams on using the ECP module. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

Continuous Improvement

: Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors ECP updates and best practices. Proactively recommend system enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

Experience

: Minimum of 10+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

USA Payroll Knowledge

: Strong understanding of USA payroll laws, regulations, and practices, including multi-state payroll processing.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in configuring and integrating SAP SuccessFactors ECP with other HR systems. Familiarity with payroll interfaces and data migration.

Problem-Solving

: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex payroll issues.

Communication

: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Certification

: SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Payroll is preferred.

Education

: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC).

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

Experience working in large, complex organizations with diverse payroll needs.
