ServiceNow Configuration: Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform, leveraging Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled jobs, ACLs, UI pages, Macros, and more. Service Catalog and Workflow: Design and implement robust Service Catalogs and workflows to streamline service delivery and improve operational efficiency. Solution Design: Analyze functional requirements and provide innovative solution designs that align with business objectives. Service Portal Development: Develop and maintain engaging Service Portals to enhance user experience and self-service capabilities. Third-Party Integrations: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and applications using web services (REST and SOAP). CMDB and Discovery: Manage and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and leverage ServiceNow Discovery to automate asset management. SecOps Integration: Collaborate with security teams to integrate ServiceNow with security operations tools and processes, ensuring a robust security posture. Cloud Management and HR Service Delivery: Demonstrate knowledge of cloud management platforms and HR service delivery (preferred).Qualifications Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, and application implementation. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow development platform, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI pages, ACLs, etc. Expertise in Service Catalog, Workflow, and flow designer. Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications. Knowledge of cloud management platforms and security operations products. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer preferred. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
