Best regards, Larissa Listing Number: 217787 Job Title: Procurement Project Manager Location: REMOTE (EST Business hours) Length of Assignment: 4 months (through the end of the year) Start Date: 9/16 Our client is looking to engage a Procurement Project Manager to lead their data migration efforts from their Ariba procurement system to HICX. This person will need to have extensive experience managing procurement projects and will be acting as liaison between the technical and business. They will need to have experience with stakeholder management and the ability to work with and communication across all levels of the business. This person will be tasked with project planning, risk management, budget and resource allocation, documentation and change management. Must: Senior Project manager with heavy procurement experience Experience managing a Data Migration project Excellent communication Experience managing remote projects in a fast-paced environment Bonus to have but NOT required: CPG industry experience HICX SAP Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years focused on procurement-related projects. Education: bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, VLM, etc. ) and IT infrastructure. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Remote Work: Self-motivated and disciplined, with a track record of successfully managing projects in a remote work environment.
