The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing projects within Agile frameworks, significant expertise in using JIRA, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with development teams. This role is a 6-month contract-to-hire position based in Wisconsin, with flexibility for remote, hybrid, or on-site work. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS-based projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Agile Project Management: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the project lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings. JIRA Management: Create, manage, and track tickets in JIRA, ensuring that all tasks and subtasks are well-defined, prioritized, and assigned to the appropriate team members. Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment on goals, and smooth project execution. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, project metrics, and risk assessments. Communicate effectively to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and team efficiency. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on SaaS-based projects. JIRA Expertise: Extensive experience in JIRA, including creating, managing, and tracking tickets. Agile Methodology: Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, with the ability to lead Agile ceremonies and manage projects within an Agile environment. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience working closely with development teams to drive project success. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and manage project risks effectively.
