Position : MS Dynamics 365 Admin Location : Fully Remote Duration : 6 months Visa : NO H1B/CPT Interview mode: : VIDEO Job Description Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Deploy, monitor, and maintain Dynamics 365, add-ons, and associated business applications. Deploy, monitor, and maintain Power Platform environments. Implement system upgrades and patches to keep the environment up-to-date and secure. Facilitate data management between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems. Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (F&O, CE, etc.,), ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Security Role Management User Management Access Control and Permissions Security Policies and Compliance Collaboration and Support Documentation and Reporting Training and Education Incident Management Implement and manage security policies to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access. Create and maintain backups and perform restores. Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement. Implement performance-tuning strategies to enhance system responsiveness. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics functionality. Provide technical support for the data platform and its integration with D365. Collaborate with the Group IT support team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Stay current with emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant technologies and assess their applicability to our organization s architecture. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
