Systems Administrator

Onsite - Midland, MI

Local preferred - not mandatory

REQUIRED SKILLS

5+ years of demonstrated proficiency and experience in the following:

Server Administration:

Windows Server:

Windows Server O/S versions 2012 through 2022

Linux Server:

Ubuntu preferred.

Databases:

Write SQL queries against Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL databases

Web Server administration & configuration:

IIS, Tomcat, Nginx

Scripting Languages:

PowerShell

and

Bash

Authentication:

Active Directory, LDAP and Oauth2

Software:

Installation, configuration, and deployment of software applications (

Custom and Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software) on  servers

Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, collaboration and communication skills

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Experience setting up VM servers and deploying applications in the Azure cloud.

Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of system administration. Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and to complete tasks with minimal management oversight.
