Should be able to pull information from database, analyse the data and put forward meaningful insights. Use SQL, join tables, pull out information from multiple databases and sources within FT. Should have knack to discover the data, analyse it and provide solutions. BA should possess financial knowledge as data can be related to multiple fields within financial world. Skills required (from FT perspective) Good communication skills. Technical skills (Knowledge of database servers, SQL, SQL queries).
