| From: Paul, Rwaltz [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] DIRECT ONSITE Oracle HCM Cloud Trainer Lead Onsite - LA, CA Oracle HCM Cloud Training Lead Roles and Responsibilities Role Overview: The Oracle Cloud Training Lead is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, identifying training-related opportunities, assessing and forecasting training needs, and updating and administering relevant training programs. This role also involves coordinating and facilitating various training sessions, tracking and evaluating training effectiveness, and assessing the impact of training programs. Additionally, this role involves effective coaching of training team resources and impactful stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Customer Inquiries and Training Opportunities: Address customer inquiries related to Oracle Cloud training. Identify training-related opportunities based on performance reviews and feedback. Training Needs Forecasting: Assess and forecast short-term and long-term training needs for Oracle Cloud users. Develop a comprehensive training plan to meet these needs. Training Program Administration: Update and administer relevant training programs and courses. Ensure training materials are current and aligned with Oracle Cloud updates and best practices. Coordination and Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, which may include regulatory, technical, process-based, and supervisory training. Organize training logistics, including scheduling, materials, and resources. Tracking and Evaluation: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Modify training programs as necessary to meet objectives and goals. Training Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of training by defining appropriate business, behavioral, and participant measures. Use assessment data to continuously improve training programs. Training Deliverable and Work products Prepare needed training work products and reports to support overall training execution Track training milestones and deliverables using Smartsheet Ensure timely updates to OCM workplan Prepare reports and presentations as needed for client sharing and feedback Skills and Qualifications: Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications and functionalities. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud training tools and resources. Training Expertise: Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Ability to assess training needs and effectiveness. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze training data and metrics. Proficiency in using data to drive training improvements. Leadership skills: Responsibility and accountability for training deliverables and work products Timely delivery of all training milestones Coaching to training developers and trainers in support of team tasks Key Activities: Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs tailored to Oracle HCM Cloud users.
