Position: Project Manager with Swaps/Derivatives Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Mode of Interview: Skype + Face-to-Face Key Responsibilities: Drive execution through the full project life cycle, including strategic planning, target state business processes, and technology solution adoption. Strong understanding of data flows and integration is essential. Manage end-to-end project efforts across multiple functions and legal entities, ensuring alignment with requirements, technologies, and business strategy. Oversee governance, business process redesign, and control measures to ensure successful delivery of the target end state. Translate business needs into technology solutions and requirements. Manage weekly status reporting, maintain the programs RAID log, and run working groups to support program delivery. Share pertinent information with management. Requirements: Extensive experience in delivering major cross-functional initiatives at large financial institutions, including structuring initiatives, project planning, and resource allocation. Strong knowledge of ISO-related system functions such as payments, statements, compliance, reconciliation, and regulatory change. In-depth understanding of capital markets, broker-dealer frameworks, and data processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff. Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Experience in multicultural environments. Skills: 810+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 24 years focused on swaps, derivatives, and market-related projects. Good communication skills, teamwork, and a working knowledge of swaps, derivatives, and data flows. Education: BS or MS in Computer Science or an MBA preferred but not mandatory.
