| From: Suhail Bhat, Delts systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] SAP Security Consultant Duration - 6 months with possible extensions Start Date - ASAP Job Description: E mbarking on a greenfield project to transition from SAP ECC 6 to SAP S4, with a primary focus on establishing a robust security framework from the ground up. We are seeking a Senior SAP Security Consultant who is a self-starter, capable of independently designing, executing, and managing the entire SAP security solution. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to bridge the gap between Business and IT, and will play a pivotal role in the success of this critical initiative. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and implementation of the SAP security architecture, starting from scratch, to ensure comprehensive protection of the SAP environment. Take ownership of the SAP security project, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within scope. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies. Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, such as SOX and GDPR. Conduct regular security assessments and audits, identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities in the SAP environment. Lead the response to security incidents, providing timely resolution and post-incident analysis to prevent future occurrences. Educate end-users and IT teams on SAP security best practices, ensuring smooth adoption of the new security protocols. Requirements: Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and deliver results with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Extensive experience in SAP security, including role design, authorization concepts, and user administration. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6 and S4 security modules. Strong understanding of SAP's GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools. Experience in managing security for SAP implementations, particularly in greenfield projects. Knowledge of SAP system administration, including BASIS and ABAP. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR) as they relate to SAP environments. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Security Certification. Experience in a large-scale SAP S4 implementation. Background in IT security, with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
