Heavy customizations and lack of ownership, so they need a project manager to come in and get them across the finish line. Someone who can come in every day and push the ball forward. Client has an already established methodology, not looking to start over, and not looking for a big thoughts or socializing new ideas person. On site would be lined up with go live and conference room pilots.
