| Position Title: Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with Supply Chain background Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 months $85hr c2c USC only Should have bachelors from the US and should have overall 15+ years of experience Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications, specifically focusing on Core HR, Talent Management, OTL, and ORC modules. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configuring, and customizing Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. Should come from Supply Chain background Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Core HR, Talent Management, OTL, and ORC modules. Configure Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications to meet business requirements, including setup, customization, and integration with other systems. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Core HR, Talent Management, OTL, and ORC modules. Provide training and support to end users on Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud/Fusion product releases, patches, and upgrades, and implement necessary changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units, to ensure smooth implementation and support of Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation and support experience, with expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, OTL, and ORC modules. Strong understanding of HR and talent management processes and best practices. Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion tools and technologies, such as Oracle HCM Data Loader, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Oracle Cloud/Fusion certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
