I am reaching out to you on an exciting job opportunity with one of our client Title: Oracle Fusion BSA GL, EPM Location: Remote (HQ in Minnesota) Duration: Contract-to-Hire Visa: USC GC Overview: Our client, currently in the second year of a 5+ year Oracle Fusion implementation project, is expanding its Finance Business Systems team within the Enterprise Technology Transformation Division. With over 70 companies under their umbrella, they seek to fill gaps in expertise and manage an increasing workload by adding skilled resources. Key Responsibilities: Provide techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion, specifically within the following modules: General Ledger (GL) Subledger Accounting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Account Reconciliation (ARC) Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Administer applications within EPM including EPBCS, FCC, and ARC. Develop reports and manage SmartView applications. Configure, implement, and provide ongoing support for EPM applications. Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and enhance the functionality of Oracle Fusion. Document processes and provide training to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing use of Oracle Fusion systems. Qualifications: Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience: At least 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion, with specific expertise in EPM and General Ledger. Oracle EPM: Proven experience with application administration, configuration, and support of EPBCS, FCC, and ARC. Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, with practical knowledge of GAAP. Future Conversion: Ability to convert to a full-time employee (FTE) without sponsorship. Nice to Have: Experience with Profitability & Cost Management (PCM) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) within Oracle Fusion. Additional Information: This position offers the opportunity to be part of a large-scale, multi-year Oracle Fusion implementation project, contributing to the development and support of key financial modules. The role is remote with potential for long-term growth and conversion to a full-time position.
