Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title: Desktop/Mobility Support Technician Location: Hartford, CT Duration: 6-12 Months VISA: NO H1B/CPT ---------------------------JOB DESCRIPTION--------------------------- Responsibilities: Implement, manage, and provide support of Mobile Device Management solutions, with a focus on MobileIron and MS Intune. Configure, deploy, and support mobile devices, ensuring security and compliance with organizational policies. Monitor and manage device inventory, permissions, and security settings Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and mobile devices. Collaborate with end-users to understand and address their technical concern Install, configure, software applications such as Outlook client, VPN clients (Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler etc.). Performing OneDrive and OneNote sync.
