| Role: Network Infrastructure Manager/Enterprise Network Manager. Location:Must be local to Arkansas Client:UST/walmart Must Have: Networking switch, Enterprise network Store, Distribution Centers. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Manager / Enterprise Network Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the network infrastructure across our enterprise, ensuring reliable and efficient operation. This includes managing network switches, maintaining the enterprise network, and ensuring seamless connectivity for our stores and distribution centers. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure across all locations, including stores and distribution centers. Oversee the configuration, installation, and maintenance of network switches and related hardware. Ensure network reliability, security, and performance meet the company's standards. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and disruption. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate new technologies and enhance network capabilities. Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to ensure best practices. Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements. Manage vendor relationships for network equipment and services. Qualifications: Proven experience in network infrastructure management, preferably in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of networking switches, enterprise network architecture, and protocols. Experience with network management in retail and distribution center environments is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
