Role: Remedy Reporting Location: Portland, OR 97232 Onsite Type: Contract Qualifications: 5 to 8 years of experience in administration and development of the BMC ITSM Suites, Workflows, MyIT , DWP, Smart IT. Good knowledge of Remedy Reporting capabilities and use of third-party tools for remedy reporting. Oracle Analytics Server. Strong ITIL Framework concepts. Good communication (written & oral) & presentation skills, business analysis skills, self-initiated, quick learner. Required Skills: BMC Remedy-Smart Reporting, BMC Helix Dashboards BMC Remedy with DWP & SmartIT Administration Responsibilities: Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using BMC Helix Remedy-Smart Reporting, BMC Helix Remedy-DWP & SmartIT, BMC Helix Dashboards, and BMC Helix Remedy. Administration related to BMC Remedy ITSM system. Understand client functional requirements and interfaces . Coordination with client & technical team to assess reporting requirements related to BMC Remedy and provide solutions to the client. Manages & handles communication with clients, different stakeholders, requesters for resolution of the tickets. Responsible for maintaining the highest levels of data delivery, customer satisfaction and meeting SLA Ability. Understand the Infrastructure of the current environment. Experience on below following BMC components: BMC ITSM, BMC Service Request Management, BMC Service Level Management, BMC Analytics, BMC Dashboards and Smart Reporting. Knowledge of BMC Workflows. Develop and maintain documentation. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical skills. Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend improvements to existing infrastructure. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored infrastructure solutions. Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring that infrastructure solutions support business goals and societal impact.
