Certifications: Salesforce Omnistudio certification is required. Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are a plus. Experience: experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Omnistudio. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Experience with Salesforce integration techniques and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware). Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading development teams and managing complex projects. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
