Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UiPath Process Mining Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in process mining and data analysis to uncover insights, drive process improvements, and support the implementation of UiPath solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, data analytics, and UiPath technologies. Key Responsibilities Must Have Certifications: UiPath certification in Process Mining or related areas. Six Sigma or Lean certification Process Analysis and Optimization: Utilize UiPath Process Mining tools to analyze and visualize business processes. Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. Data Collection and Management: Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from various sources. Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the process mining lifecycle. Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to support analysis and reporting. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and objectives. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation solutions. Implementation and Support: Support the implementation of UiPath solutions based on process mining insights. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in process mining and UiPath technologies. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in process mining, data analysis, or a related field. Proven experience with UiPath Process Mining tools and technologies. Experience in process optimization and business process management. Experience: Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity Experience with other process mining tools (Celonis) and technologies. Experience in the automation and AI industry.
