Implement common and best practices in development and DevOps operations. Ensure the security of web applications developed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and develop applications using Agile methodology. Create user stories, mockups, and MVPs to effectively address customer needs. Collaborate closely with the SolAr lead to ensure alignment with standards and quality guidelines. Requirements: 4+ years of Experience in designing and developing Business Process Management (BPM) applications using Pega PRPC frameworks 4+ years of experience in Pega Implementation cycles, development, testing, and deployment Strong knowledge and experience of development DevOPS activities/tools (Jenkins, GIT, Redmine ). Experience with Agile software development process (working with a scrum team). Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and technical documentation. Ability to provide guidance and direction to technicians, specialists, and managers. Education: Bachelors in computer science or relevant experience.
