This role involves developing and executing test plans, performing end-to-end testing, and minimal configuration work. The consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure thorough testing and support the implementation of new features. Key Responsibilities: Workday Testing: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday Talent and Acquisition modules. Conduct end-to-end testing of Talent Acquisition processes, including recruiting, job requisitions, and candidate management. Perform regression testing to ensure new configurations do not impact existing functionalities. Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools. Configuration Work: Perform minimal configuration tasks in Workday Talent and Acquisition modules to support testing scenarios. Set up and maintain test environments, including business processes, security configurations, and role assignments. Assist with the implementation of new features by configuring and testing in Workday. Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing. Document test results, report on progress, and provide insights based on findings. Develop and maintain testing documentation, including scripts, data, and standards. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Workday updates and releases. Provide feedback for improving testing processes and system performance. Support the training of team members on testing best practices and Workday configurations. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Workday testing, particularly in Talent and Acquisition modules. Hands-on experience with minimal configuration in Workday, including business processes and security roles. Experience with Workday updates and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). Skills: Strong understanding of Workday Talent Acquisition processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
