Responsibilities: Report Development: - Design, build, and maintain financial and operational reports within Prophix, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to gather requirements, ensuring that reports meet business needs and facilitate strategic planning. - Develop dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-makers. - Optimize report performance, ensuring timely data retrieval and accuracy. Integration & Management: - Integrate Prophix with other business systems (UKG for Payroll, Aline for ERP/CRM, and Acumatica for Financials) to ensure seamless data flow and consistency across platforms. - Develop and maintain data import/export processes, ensuring accurate and timely data availability in Prophix. - Monitor and maintain data quality within Prophix, addressing any discrepancies or anomalies promptly. Experience needed: - 3+ years of experience working with Prophix CPM software, with a focus on report building and system administration. - Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis. - Experience with data integration between Prophix and other business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
