Requirements : Experience working with SaaS applications The organization operates over 50 staff applications. Quickbase and Monday are required, and they also use Tableau, Looker, Zoom, and other back-office applications requiring admin support. SQL Dashboards and reports (Power BI /Tableau) Associates degree and 5+ years of experience in application and systems management OR Bachelors degree and 2+ years of related experience. Experience with a variety of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS. Familiarity with managing cyber security event management and response. Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server. Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus. Experience with implementing webhooks. Experience with ITIL foundations with a strong emphasis on event management / monitoring. Experience with cloud computing technologies is a plus. Experience with BetterStack or similar observability platform is preferred. Experience with NGP VAN or NationBuilder or Mobilize is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
