Role: QA Automation Lead/BSA Location: NYC, NY (Onsite) Position Overview: As a QA Automation Engineer , you will leverage your expertise in agile development methodologies and engineering best practices to enhance the quality and implementation of our software products. Your role will focus on test management in a distributed, multi-vendor environment, particularly within the Life Insurance, Reserves, and Annuities domain. Key Responsibilities: Lead Program Test Management in a distributed multi-vendor environment. Develop, implement, and manage Test Automation solutions. Create and execute robust test strategies, plans, and test cases for both manual and automation testing. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure seamless execution of test plans. Utilize JIRA for defect tracking, ensuring issues are reported promptly and accurately. Maintain the reproducibility, auditability, and traceability of all deliverables. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement immediate rectification actions. Adhere to Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Expertise in Program Test Management within a distributed multi-vendor environment. In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance, Reserves, and Annuities. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Test Automation solutions. Proven ability to develop and manage Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Lifecycle Management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
