Look at every problem andour solutions in the eyes of our customers, be it internal or external. Understand and translate the business strategy, businesszoals and business processes into an IT solution. Research, analyze and recommend solutions which meet thebusiness needs for new projects. Analyze business requirements, explore and evaluatevarious options, configure the application to meet requirements and coordinatetesting with QA and User acceptance testers. Translate business architecture through the elicitationand definition of functional requirements. Produce system documentation and data flows. Quicklyidentify a problem and resources required to resolve; take ownership and drivethe problem to resolution. Develop business specifications for applicationdevelopment or enhancements and be the key interface between users andengineers. Provide level 3 end user support as called upon by theProduction Support Team. Manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity viachange management and reprioritization as well as work closely with ReleaseManagement. Use structured and disciplined approaches to solvingtechnical problems. What you need to succeed 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM BSA. Preferably supportingCustomer Care related functions. 3 years of experience in configuring and managing DynamicsCRM application. Ability to communicate effectively and experience indocumenting requirements and specifications is essential. Self-motivated and proven ability to work creatively andanalytically in a problem-solving environment. Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistentlymeeting deadlines. Knowledge of SDLC and scrum methodologies. Ability to build and manage cross functionalrelationships.
