Role : Senior SAP Hybris Solution Architect Location : Mountain View, CA Duration: Long Term Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Hybris Solution Architect to lead and manage the design and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Hybris and a proven track record of delivering successful projects in complex environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of SAP Hybris solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient SAP Hybris solutions. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP Hybris projects, from initial planning through to deployment and post-implementation support. Provide expert guidance on best practices, system integration, and customization within the SAP Hybris platform. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions, including coding, testing, and debugging. Ensure high levels of system performance, reliability, and security throughout the lifecycle of SAP Hybris implementations. Stay updated with the latest SAP Hybris developments and technologies to continually enhance solution offerings. Mentor and support junior team members and foster a collaborative and innovative working environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience as a SAP Hybris Solution Architect with a strong portfolio of successful implementations. Deep understanding of SAP Hybris Commerce, including core modules, integrations, and customizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
