| Please share senior profiles only No GC and USC Must have drupal, Pharma or life science experience Please mention Current location and work authorization Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: NYC NY Terms: Contract Job Details: Analyse existing application functionality and usage patterns leveraging documentation, usage analytics and self-exploration Create/apply an effective framework for further requirements gathering Host requirements gathering/exploration (virtual) workshops with business and IT stakeholders globally Summarize and generalize the inputs collected and present them in a concise and clear manner. Refine user ideas into actionable requirements. Break down larger requirements into smaller chunks and document them as User Stories with acceptance criteria that are understood both by business and engineering teams and can be signed-off Document success criteria and coordinate user acceptance testingQualifications 10+ years software requirement analysis experience and/or continuous improvement experience 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring or administering enterprise level business applications with focus in content management or digital marketing Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization, including executives Ability to work across multiple functional groups to drive cohesiveness and reduce redundancies Ability to simplify and drive consensus Experience with enterprise CMS implementations is a must (Drupal) Experience with CRM and other integrations scenarios is a plus Experience in life sciences/pharma domain is a plus (1.) To prepare the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage. (2.) To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications. (3.) To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements. (4.) To prepare and or or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements (5.)
